Movado has been around since 1881, founded as LAI Ditescheim & Freres SA in Switzerland by Achille Ditesheim.  In 1947, the Museum Watch was designed and  produced on a mass scale shortly after.  By 1983, Movado became involved and bought the company.  Today, Movado is a household name and has earned over 200 international awards for their defining technology and unique designs.  With such a long and decorated history, it makes perfect sense why many customers still shop their incredible watches.
