How to Order
When you have selected the watch or watches of your choice from our online catalog, please Contact Us by phone, fax or email to determine availability and formally place your order using our Wingate’s inventory number. At this time, our sales staff will be happy to answer any questions regarding the watch or watches you have selected. You may also order a watch via our website with payment by credit card. All online orders will be confirmed. We will respond to your email request for reservation in the order received.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. Our voice mail is on at all other times. Leave your message, clearly stating your name, area code, phone number, and the item in which you are interested. Watch reservations can be made by voice mail, email or fax. All messages will be responded to in the order received.
We employ a sales staff of long-standing, highly-qualified watch experts, one of which will become your personal assistant with information on the perfect watch for you.
Purchases Made Within U.S.A.:
Full payment for your watch or watches must be received before shipment is made. For purchases made within the United States, we accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer – easy, fast, safe & secure
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal/Business Check – pending bank verification & clearing process
We do not accept C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) orders.
All funds must be in U.S. dollars.
Purchases Made Outside U.S.A.:
Due to the difficulty of credit card verification and identification on international credit card purchases, Wingate's Quality Watches LLC does not accept credit cards for purchases outside the United States. We will accept Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfers only. Most Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfers are received within 24 hours. All shipments will be made promptly when payment is received & verified. We will provide our bank wire transfer instructions upon order confirmation. Funds must be in U.S. dollars. All international shipments will be made by Federal Express International. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days.
Shipments inside the United States and Canada:
Most items are shipped by Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2-Day Delivery. We can ship FedEx Priority Overnight for Saturday delivery for a small additional cost. We will ship by USPS Registered Mail to PO Boxes only. All shipments are fully insured from our door to yours.
Wingate's Quality Watches is very experienced in the proper packing and shipping methods to ship your watch both safely and securely. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all shipments. All orders will be shipped promptly when payment has been verified.

Our sales staff will calculate shipping charges for international purchases above $20,000 at the time of purchase. Please contact our office for special delivery arrangements by Brinks International Air Courier Service for very high value shipments.
Shipments to Wingate's:
Shipments incoming to Wingate's Quality Watches for trade, sale, repair or return should include your name, address, phone or email address and a brief description of the transaction or repair.
If you are making a return to us for an exchange or refund, please enclose a copy of your original invoice.
If you have any questions pertaining to the proper packaging or shipping of your watch or watches, please do not hesitate to call.
We recommend that you ship your watches to us either by Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2Day Delivery, United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day or 2nd Day Air or by United States Postal Service Registered Mail.
Please arrange your own insurance coverage on your shipment. We will contact you the day we receive your watch.
For your satisfaction, we offer a Three-Day Inspection/Return Privilege on all of our “Previously-Owned” watches. 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the watch in our office. The watch must be in the same condition it was received. Please Contact Us by the third business day after you receive the watch if for some reason you decide to return it. This has been our customer 100% satisfaction guarantee for over thirty years.
Never Worn/New Watches
A watch can only be sold as “Never Worn/New” one time! When our customers order a “Never Worn/New” watch they expect exactly that, a watch that has not been previously worn or used by someone else. Many retailers and online stores have very liberal return policies on “Never Worn/New” watches. Chances are if you order a luxury watch from one of these stores you may receive a watch that you thought was “Never Worn/New” but may have been worn by someone else and then returned -- perhaps even dropped or damaged.
To ensure that our customers receive a true “Never Worn/New” watch, we do not accept returns on “Never Worn/New” watches.
Our expert watchmakers carefully inspect and meticulously recondition all our previously owned timepieces to as like-new condition as possible. Clients are absolutely amazed at the beautiful condition of our previously owned watches. Additionally, Our watchmakers certify and authenticate all timepieces before we purchase them for our inventory. Our detailed certification process and careful reconditioning process guarantees all our watches are running great, all are authentic, and look like new!
We all know who pays for a warranty on any product – The Customer. We have chosen to keep our prices to an absolute minimum and not inflate the cost of our watches with long-term warranty expenses to our customers that most likely will never be needed. We also realize that most of our customers live outside the Dallas area and would prefer future service work to be done by a watchmaker in their area for greater convenience. This policy also eliminates extra shipping expenses by our customers when only minor adjustments and repairs might be necessary in the future. Many times round trip shipping and insurance fees can exceed minor adjustments and repair costs that could be done locally.
